Return & Exchange Policy

At Almeezan Printers Faisalabad, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If there’s an issue with your order, please review our return and exchange guidelines below:

✅ Eligible Returns & Exchanges:

  • If the printed product is damaged, misprinted, or not as per approved design
  • If you received the wrong size or quantity

🚫 Not Eligible:

  • Customized or personalized items (brochures, flyers, stationery, etc.) cannot be returned or exchanged unless there’s a clear defect
  • Minor color variations due to screen differences are not considered a defect

📅 Return Timeframe:

  • Contact us within 3 days of receiving the product
  • Return the item in unused condition within 7 days after approval

💰 Refunds:

Refunds (partial or full) will be issued only if the return is accepted after proper inspection. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
